Overview

Prestige Fleet Services is a fast-growing startup specializing in onsite fleet maintenance for commercial vehicle operators. As we expand into new markets, we're looking for a hungry, self-driven Regional Sales Representative to own a territory, hunt new business, and grow existing accounts. This is a hands-on, in-the-field sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, build relationships with fleet operators, and close deals — not a desk job.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

    • Prospect and develop new accounts within your assigned region
    • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close
    • Grow and retain existing customer relationships, especially supporting customers with urgent service needs
    • Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
    • Partner with operations and service teams to deliver solutions that fit each customer's fleet
    • Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM with discipline and accuracy
    • Represent Prestige Fleet Services at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
    • Act with urgency — fleet customers don't have time to wait, and neither do we

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet maintenance, diesel/heavy-duty repair, trucking, transportation, or a related industry
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Strong knowledge of the fleet maintenance industry, or solid mechanical/technical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage your own territory
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both with shop-floor decision makers and C-suite buyers

Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 50–70% travel within designated region
    • Valid driver's license
    • Must be at least 21 years of age

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Compensation:
Base pay $65,000- $75,000, plus quarterly bonuses/sales commissions. (no cap on commission)
